By accessing or using Cosavo systems, platforms, or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

Cosavo provides software infrastructure, application systems, and cloud-based engineering solutions. Services are delivered on an ‘as-is’ and ‘as-available’ basis and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Users and clients are solely responsible for all data, configurations, credentials, and usage of the systems under their control. You must ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal governance policies.

You may not use Cosavo systems for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. This includes reverse engineering, unauthorized access, security exploitation, or interference with system integrity.

You must not attempt to breach, bypass, or compromise system security. Cosavo implements zero-trust architecture, and any detected intrusion attempts may result in immediate suspension or legal action.

Clients retain full ownership of their data. Cosavo does not claim ownership of client data but is granted limited operational rights necessary to deliver services.

Cosavo does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure failures, or external network conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosavo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the services.

Cosavo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms or security risks.

Cosavo may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
